The original founder of this divine technique is Shri Shri Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath. After inventing yoga he divided it into six major parts that known as Hath Yoga. However, as the time passed by people started to practice Hath Yoga without following the original rules and regulations, this is what lead to the creation of two additional ‘limbs’ or parts – Yam and Niyam by Saint Patanjali. The addition of these sections is what changed Hath to what is now commonly known as Ashtanga Yoga.

This Meditation and Yoga system contains methods and techniques that are designed to directly affect our physical, mental and spiritual form. It only takes a short period of time before one can feel the benefits of yoga practice; proving satisfaction and fulfillment in our daily lives. Guru Gorkhanath is the main Guru of Yoga; thus we shall take him as our Guru to learn and teach Hath yoga.
